When i use my turn signal the rpm needle moves at the pace of the turn signal

My W.A.G is either the cluster isn't well grounded or the circuit board may have a breech. Is it the factory in-dash tach?

I'm with Special K..........90% of electrical issues are grounding problems.

If it is grounded in factory location ,
