There is lots to be done with the 6's The post above is right with both offy and clifford making 4bbl plates I like the clifford as it is a billet plate and offers a little rise, The offy does not work with the turbo manifolds, but clifford's do, performance wise i havent seen any #'s to say which is better. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a Lump Kit for your inline 6 and a better cam, two minor things and you can double the hp and torque your engine makes if you have any questions or need parts sources let me know! Here is a pic of my set up.

On a side note; longbed67, that motor is sick! You've got me thinking stuff regarding my I6, which I've also kept.

Those taillights are cool!!!!!! nice size garage also. I am glad you are staying with the size, got an idea for you thou, instead of a turbo, how about a M90 supercharger off of a 3.8L pontiac!!!!!!!!!! idea for you.

There's a company called Larrowe and Sons that makes a manifold for that. I am getting ready to pull my engine, and once I see what kind of shape its in I'll be making some big decisions.

Came home last night to a porch full of boxes! Viair dual 480s, vintage air, Mcgaughy drop spindles, and a tom of odds and ends from Brothers. worked a little on front clip removal, but got side tracked by a buddy needing help with his Dodge diesel. Pics hopefully this weekend.

OK, I know it's been a while since I've updated, but I haven't been completely dormant. In these pics are (obviously) some of the parts I have accumulated. There are a TON of small parts from Brothers (new mirrors, lenses, a little sheet metal). There is also a complete A/C system!! Some Porterbuilt goodies, and some new wheels, air bags, compressors, DLOE's manual valves. One cool thing is that a lot of my stuff came from the board. I bought all the stuff from Brothers with a discount they give to board members, my suspension stuff I bought from Travis at Pro Performance, some of which was made by Porterbuilt- all on the board! What's even cooler than that is that a loosely formed alliance of members from the Mid TN area (Rusbuilt, thelonerife, JRANGER, Kronos1968, and slash36g) are coming over on Sat to give me a hand!!!:metal::metal: This be the beginning of what I hope will become a long standing tradition of us getting together to attack ALL of our projects, and to just have some fun with a good group of people!

Not to far, Joe. Looks like you could come through Manchester or Tullahoma to Shelbyville, and be almost here. Maybe 1-1 1/2 hrs.

The day started at around 6:45am when Rus (Rusbuilt) and Chuck (thelonerife) showed up after a 2 hour drive!! That's dedication. Brian (Kronos1968) arrived shortly after 7.

Our day began with sausage& biscuits made by my bride

We began by cutting the last two bolts that held the bed, and removing it.
