22" stealies (escalade transport wheels)

Is anyone here rocking the 22" stealies that are the escalade transport wheels? And if so, do you know if there is a way to mount the baby moon center caps? I heard there is modifying to be done, but I can't find anything. Any help is appreciated.

Yeah, I saw those. Asked on those threads. Haven't got an answer yet. Hope to find one soon. Really want to do it to mine.
