grill question

is it possible to switch a gmc grill with a chevy grill? a friend of mine recently bought a beautiful gmc blazer 4x4 for $2800... im a little jealous, but he doesnt know about this site so i am posting for him because his grill is in rough condition. thanks

You would have to change the fenders, hood and core support.

The hood should work except the holes in the front for the GMC letters would have to be filled. Like said above, fenders and core support need to be changed along with the grill.

And the wiring harness for the headlights and hood release support, bumper too.

68 K-10, Personally, I think he'd be better off buying the GMC grill from L.M.C. Truck catalog, their not that expensive and fit like factory!

I'm with autolabor.

I love the look of the GMC front end. Why change it to Chevy???

Everybody and their brother has a Chevy!
