Thanks Fellows. Finally got to spend an evening driving it...ever. Almost didn't believe it was really happening so had to boil some rubber to be sure. I am beyond pleased with the power it is making very quick. Also spent a few hours with a local pro in the photography game and man he killed it. Truck looks like a million bucks.

Clocked some miles on it this weekend and took a lot of miles off the rear tires  . Still have small things to wrap up and one little major issue to address but that's for another day:waah:

Been taking a break enjoying family vacation time. Now back to the final issues, been dreading this one just have to take a shot and dive in. Can only hide scratches so much.

I did upgrade my steering components...again. I think I got it right this time though.

I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I probably should have just left it but I knew it was going to bug me forever. All done now time to get back to enjoying it.

Re: 69 Olive Verde

Thank you all. Glad to note that paint touch ups are done and truck is back on the road. New steering components made a huge difference and got the air charged yesterday. Blows super cold but on a 110* day without window tint in traffic it's still warm. Otherwise it's all good.

I followed your auction on Bring a trailer -- impressive bidding and even more impressive truck.

Not sure how i missed this build previously.

Any particular reason you are selling?

Simply ready for something new. I couldn't be happier with this truck but I'm a builder not a collector.

Re: 69 Olive Verde

Need more details please. Truck looks great.

1. What's the details on the master cylinder and booster?
2. Radio and speaker system details?
3. Did you take the seats in to a shop to have them done? Leather?
4. Is that sound deadner on inside of cab still available? If so is that the stuff from a forum member?
5. What did you paint the floorboard with before sound deadner went in?
6. Where did you mount battery?
7. Fuel system details?
8. Interior LED's, what did you use, and are they multi color?

Sorry to ask so many questions, just collecting ideas for my build. Hopefully you don't mind sharing.

I will do my best here.
1. CPP brake booster and master cylinder
2. Stereo is a combination from Retroradio and my local stereo shop with dual 51/4". I would recommend doing an amp for mids and low power maybe even a sub.
3. TMI interiors did the seats which are a combination of faux leather and vinyl.
4. Got sound deadner off Amazon
5. Inside was just clean paint then apply deadner, anything to rough could cause adhesion problems.
6. Battery is behind console.
7. AZ performance LS fuel kits.
8. LEDs are all white also Amazon.

Hopefully that helps.
