I called a few weeks ago with a question about a tailgate band for my 72 C10. I wanted to know if the band had pre-drilled holes and if the screws came with the band. I was looking for the info cause my tailgate is already drilled for one. The gentleman on the phone did not know the answer to the question. He politely put me on hold and went and pulled the part and found out for me. The band is in fact pre-drilled and comes with the screws. This seems like something small, but most retail companies won’t take the time if they don’t already know the answer. I greatly appreciate the time they gave me. They earned my business. I ordered the band along with some door sill covers and side marker lenses. All beautiful parts.
