bagged 60-62 trucks stock suspension

looking to see an get info on bagging a truck in the 60 to 62 era with stock suspension eliminating the torsion bars.
i know you can swap out crossmembers to later but looking at this option.

Seems you can just modify the lower arms an bag it as usual as you do 63 n up....?
