Ok, I got some pictures and measurements.

When comparing my NOS truck female lap belt with the NOS shoulder female belt, there is only a difference of 1 & 1/2". The female shoulder belt is a little longer (1&1/2"). Therefore, any truck lapbelt should be just fine to use for the shoulder belt. The female truck lapbelt measured (webbing only) tip to tip, 42".

Ok, now for the male end. I measured my male shoulder belt (metal end to metal end), and it measured 28". So, a if using a car middle belt, it would have to be between 25-32 (metal tip to metal tip) inches to work. However, if piecing these together, all you need is the correct flat ends and any male belt that has webbing that exceeds 32 inches, and then have a shop sew on the correct flat pillar end. The waved/ridged car end will work...and you could even flatten it in a press or heavy duty vice.

Or, you could take the floor mounting end from a Female doner truck lap belt, and make the needed cuts and make one exactly like the flat truck male shoulder belt.

Awesome! Thanks.
That's pretty cheap. I can make a set that looks like the one on ebay for $107 then

You can, and if you want new GM licensed NRS buckle covers, they sell them in their truck catalog ($21 ea.), too.
