Bumpers sagging a little

Do I need new brackets or can they be adjusted?

I think that's a very common problem for many of us, I have same issue, free bump 'cause I don't have an answer. I think disassabling and iron back the bumper supports to original angle and height will be a good option.

You can try loosening up the brackets at the frame and adjusting it, but I think they might be tweaked a little. They might have seen a minor bump or two.

I would try pulling the brackets off of the truck and massaging them with a BFH to straighten them, but I like to hit things with hammers :)

Those have done a little pushing is all. As mentioned, loosen and adjust or tweak the mounts to get them to line up. I'd take that screw out of the side molding too and fix it before it rusts.
