First of all eric has super powers ,as we pulled into a brewery my low mileage truck somehow I got a flat on his side, when I looked at him he had a develish grin , he does like breweries and old trucks and hates to leave. Any other members had this problem with him :metal:

Years ago I bought my first super from a guy in Washington
And we became friendly
He told me he has another one that is as good as they get
The holly grail
Another several years go by
I called him and asked him if he'd let it go
Which he agreed to
Because he wanted to remodel the kitchen for his wife
And could use the money for that
When I picked it up
I told him I'd let him drive it once it was finished
Several more years went by
And
One day his wife called my office
Asked me to call her back,
Said she found a note with my name and number on it
Arnold had saved it from our truck deals
Told me he had passed away
I told her how sorry I was about that
He, never got to see his dream truck finished
She went on to ask me if I wanted his last truck
My response---'For Sure'
I knew what it was
I had saw it when I was last at his house

I have another 70 pages to look at yet, looking forward to it.

Nice set up, and that's a beautiful truck. Makes me want to fix up the 79 GMC in my side yard. It's my sons, in nice shape overall, but he doesn't live here. So at the moment it's not getting fuel, sat too long.
Pumped out the old, in with the new, but nope. It would seem a new filter, pump and blow out lines is in order. Other then that, reading through this thread, I have a hunch you like these old :chevy::gmc2: I can't decide which of them I like best, but the blue Super is sure in the running, same with "Uncle", wow did that polish up nice and the interior is sharp.
