No, just their epoxy primer. It is really tough and very hi quality so I bet their paints are as well.

Yes, their single stage, great product. Folks can save a lot of money going with the lessor known brands, SPI, Orion, etc, all quality products.

Yes, I used SPI's epoxy, 2k primer, base, and clear on one of my cars. Been using their epoxy and clear for a few years before that. Their epoxy and clears can't be beat. The base coat sprayed out great too, but they have limited colors.
