WTB Cruise/tilt/delay wiper column

I need a steering column to put delay wipers cruise in my 93 2.8l 5 speed S-10. Tilt would be nice.

Not to highjack , but i just did a tilt and it had delay , but my 2.5 doesnt . Can i just swap the wiper motor ?
