T5 electronic 5 speed

Picking up pieces of a partial conversion done by previous owner on my 1970 GMC. The transmission works like a charm - love it.

The transmission is an electronic version. He never hooked up speedo as it had original mech speedo. I have purchased the Classic Instruments dash cluster and need to order a sensor for it. Question - the speed sensor is on the tail correct? There is also a sensor on the main body - what is it for?

The other switch is probably for the reverse lights.
