Excellent. My truck is a fairly basic model with plain knobs, so I'm guessing the black one would be more appropriate. Would you be able to post some photos, please? Thank you.

Hey, we just came across this WTB thread and do realize that you have already found/purchased your needed part, we are just posting this to share a little more info on subject. Here are a few OE 67-68 choke delete pics from our saved file folders showing the OE round plug style choke delete setup complete and then taken apart with the hardware laid out, wanted to also add that these thin formed block off cover plates are made of metal not plastic.
