'65 K20 Transfer Case Linkage & Shifter Help
 

My name is John and I am new to this Forum. I recently bought a 1965 K20 (never had one). The truck is in very good condition, but is missing the its transfer case shifter, linkage and connection bar (the cross bar that mounts to the transfer case). I found some photos of what these parts look like and have searched the internet and made a few phone calls trying to track down these parts with no success. Any help from this forum on where I can find these parts would be greatly appreciated.

The shift lever looks really jacked up but the other parts look to be Okay.
