Stopped by the body shop and got some pics last week. Took a little work to get all of the bucket seat brackets correct. Slowly but surely...
Found a few pin holes in the lower driver door and had to weld a patch in it.

Looking Good:metal:
Will you leave the floor-pan painted?
Or will you undercoat it?

Been years in the making so far. Seems overboard for a driver.

I noticed it's siblings in the background.
Also an automatic truck. You going to stay with the THM-350 or going overdrive?
Buckets to boot. I love the bucket seat trucks.

Looks like a very sweet ride.

There are a few siblings around here. I am sticking with the TH350. I switched from 3:73s to 3:07s and with a 33" tire i think it will be a decent cruiser.
And yes, all of the correct bucket seat brackets are in place.
Thanks.

Still making some progress on things. Just cleaning up an old 68 327 i had for the time being.. Will probably have an engine built later down the road.
Evidently going from a rockwell to a 205 is not a bolt in and go process. That got quite involved.
Found a cool old trans pan also... (pic 1)

That 327 will be a good power plant. Everything looks good

Re: Progress pics on the 69

Yeah, I agree. Use the 327 for now and when you are ready to replace it, rebuild it!
