I dont have a picture of one but it has three screws that fasten it to the cab about the windshield I would reconize one if I had a pic

I have one. Its in great condition. I pulled it from a 62. I sanded and repainted the mirror back. Is this what you are looking for? I'm looking at $35 plus shipping.
