Yes one of them had a heat shield. We removed it and ground off the attachments and had them coated Old Yelr may have something KW is where my family is from, 4 generations, I have been down South West for the past 65 years, don't get back much anymore so I guess this is home for me We don't shovel sunshine and the cars don't rust, and it is a dry heat in June! |

Well lets see if I can find where all the wires go!
He says he wants to drive it for his birthday on Sept 11 He may be able to drive it out of the shop but it will still need more work |

Well we drove it out of the garage and on to the trailer under it's own power and today we took it to the front shop for alingnment to correct the spec instructions on the upper
A arms. it came with O camber and 6* castor but the shop said it had 1 1/2* N camber and 4* castor by the instructions my toe was bye "eye balling" so that did not count! |

Truck looks great! Vette on the lift does too. Been way too hot here too...killer with the humidity. Dreaming of ac in the shop.

Well still sorting out the break issue...................Can not stop with Wilwood brakes!
Everything is brand new Willwood at the wheels double 7" booster 1" master cylinder Solid peddle no air in system, even with HOT pads I am not able to slide the tires |

I do not have a pic of the hinge but it was a simple hard ware store door hinge welded to the seat frame and the bolted to the front of the existing seat riser.
his would let you fold the back part and then raise the seat forward to access the cavity under the seat. The seat was from a Dodge Caravan third seat |
