Used Craftsman drill and bits

I went to the flea market today and found this drill. I wonder if any of you guys recognize what sort of bits these are that were in the handle. I don't believe I've seen any like this, they have a straight slot instead of the spiral I am accustomed to seeing on drill bits.

Those drills with that drill holder was used for Bronze, Brass and Aluminum.
Bronze and brass tend to pull a regular twist drill into the work-piece quicker than a person can control. Those straight flute drills don't make that long stringy chip.
A trick to use a twist drill on non-ferrous material is to dull the sharp edges a little so it won't pull in as bad.
