Re: 66' c60 Parts for sale

Jimmy,
I will be trying to get more pulled off of it tomorrow. I tried to get the cluster out the other day with no luck. Am I to assume I have to pull all the switches and ignition out before it will come out? I could not get the bezel to unscrew on the ignition and did not want to tear it up. I will put you 1st in line for the items you mentioned. The door glass is no good as some clown used it for target practice, I am pretty sure it was not soft ray anyway.

Re: 66' c60 Parts for sale

If you pull all the other switches speedometer cable and the choke cable it may roll out. You may have to bend down the dash some at the bottom as the sheet metal will catch on the bezel. Some PB blaster and channel locks may get the ignition switch out.

Did the grill sell? If not, what's the condition? Also if you can, price shipped to 15126.
Thanks.

Thanks.

The grill is still available.

The main grill has some surface rust but no pitting that I can see. The mounting brackets on the back side that are riveted on would need some attention. One side the rivets are gone and there is some minor pitting and break thru on the brackets. I have tried to show this in the attached pictures. I also tossed the bezels in my little blast cabinet and there was a bad spot on the bottom of each one.

If it still interests you I would take $130 shipped to 15126 for grill, bezels and uncut harness.

I have not gotten them off of the truck yet but there appears to be no rust. The passenger fender has some dents in it from running into something and the drivers side might have a slight dent from the door coming open too far (but I dont remember) Some pictures are attached. As far as price I am not sure yet until I see how hard they are to get off of the truck. Hope to get them off later today.

Jimmy

Jimmy,
I am pretty sure radio not original. The wiper arms and heads appear stainless but the tension spring is gone in one of them. Gotta clean them up a bit and will post pics of them.

Re: 66' c60 Parts for sale

Richard the radio is a later model. Was hoping for 64 to 66 knobs. If you pull the three things in the pic and the speedo cable the cluster may come out. The wiring plugs in about center of the cluster and may be clipped to the pedal bracket. Unplugging it helps roll the cluster out.

Thanks for the pics and info on the grill. It's a bit rougher than I'd like unfortunately. So I'm going to pass.

PB blaster will be your friend for the bottom bolt on fenders

yes but I am not sure if they are correct since it appears to be a newer 350 motor. Let me get some closer pics in the morning and I will post them to be sure they are what you need.

Jimmy,
Only things I was able to pull for your requests were the wipers, headlight knob and a plug knob. The cluster just would not come out and my neighbor gave me until lunchtime today to get what I wanted off as he found someone else that wanted the drivetrain.

The wipers are stainless but the pass side spring is broke which I assume is replaceable. Everything in the pics $25 shipped

The other four knob looking pcs are what I think battery top plugs for filling.

The fenders cleaned up nice. the drivers side has no dents that I could see but it does have one very minor spot of rust on the front cup. The passenger fender has no rust but does have a few dents as shown. $100 each plus shipping
