Sorry kid, there's a problem with Paypal, they don't even offer the option. In other words there's just Send & Receive, account, amount and confirm. I suspect they're having a code issue, doesn't seem it would be my computer. At any rate, they're closed for the night, I'll contact in the morning.

Edit: For what it's worth I tested using an account for a former purchase. It defaults to goods and services and gives me the option to change it. Your account doesn't do either. Possible Paypal changed where you must register to sell goods and services now? This is odd. Again, I'll call in the morning.
