Built a little trans tunnel and the back half of the floor board. The blue color is rust converter, it turns black after couple hours. Not the best pic

Wow capt, frame looks great and cab is a miracle restoration job. looks like that cab was sittin at the bottom of the ocean. great job on the metal fab you got skills.:metal: Hey question on your front mount on the parralel bars is it just welded on the one bracket? or is braced and just cant see it in the pictures? Oh ya one more question, what did you get the 9" rearend out of. It looks less wide than mine. mine is 65" from outside axle to outside axle.

Thanks troy54gmc. Those brackets are from Full Tilt http://www.fulltiltstreetrods.com/ they are actually bolted on then gusseted on the inside of the frame. I boxed the frame around them. The 9" is out of an early 80's F@#d truck. I cut it down and got axles from Mosier with the 5 on 4.75 bolt circle. It's around 60" flange to flange, can't remember exactly.

Man I thought I did a lot of rust repair, but it looks like you ended up making your own cab. Great job by the way.
