Has the originally used green painted underside which prevents glare. Mounts with two small screws for each, hardware included in un-opened packaging. Can you look at the bottom side thru the packaging to determine if the paint is scratched from the hardware or is coming off ?

From what I can see thru the cellophane packaging there is no paint loss to be seen. Can not tell further condition without actually removing the existing packaging which will then no longer be in original packaging. Will still be NOS but then will be an open package. Thanks for the interest.

GMCNUT, yep, still available and still for sale. Really surprised they have not sold as yet. I have similar vent shades on my '05 Tahoe, my '71 4x4 and my old work car, '88 Caprice. Really like them when it's hot and humid or rainy to allow a bit of fresh air vented in or without letting rain in.

Thanks. I was worried about having trouble because of the peep mirror, but the shades don't block anything that I need to see. Well, unless I'm being pursued by a small plane flying about 15' behind the truck and 25' above the road.

The truck's a '57. It's unique with that grille. '55 and '56 use a basic grille with horizontal and vertical bars, "egg crate" style. '58 and '59 have four headlights instead of two.
