Is a Panel frame the same as a Long wheelbase Pickup?

I have a 68 c10 Panel Truck and want to know if I can replace the frame with one from the same year long wheelbase pickup. I know that the PU frame has different cab and bed mounts but what about the rest? I'm a little confused after searching, some say they are the same and others say no.

No, they are not the same. Panel and burb frames are more flat after axle arch and run longer to the rear bumper
