1960-1966 Parts list?

I've been searching the web for a day or so and can't find a find a parts list of body parts. There are some info on the truck version. But would love to find a diagram of parts for my suburban. Anything would help I'm looking for the barn door mechanics items list which I think is impossible to find.

Re: 1960-1966 Parts list?

Unfortunately most burb/panel specific parts are not reproduced. There are a few that are, like the tail lights but those are exceptions rather than the rule. From the doors forward (cab/hood area) parts are the same as the P/U's which can be found fairly easily via parts houses, but for burb/panel specific parts you'll have to source from junk/wrecking yards, CL, Ebay, and other sources.

I got lucky and found my barn door hinges, latches, and handles via CL a couple years ago from a guy posting parts in San Diego.

So if you have parts already, dont throw them out as they may have to be refurbished rather than replaced.

the 1960-66 chev/gmc truck assembly manual has a break down of the doors. if you are going to keep the truck the assembly manual is a good one to have

this is from the assembly manual . manuals are much easier available and cheaper than trying to find and buy a parts book. If Aerotruck had the money and time he could build a web page and have all those pages full size would be wonderful

Actually yes, there were so many changes over the years yet GM continued to use past pictures that REPRESENTED the basics of the info required. It would be nice to find five other enthusiasts that each could cover each production year. Oh sorry, we would need six others to cover GMC.

Does anyone know the standard size of a 66 suburban?
I need to replace mine. Is there a better alternative?
