1961 Front Wheel alignment

I’ve been doing some research and been only finding some information.
Can anyone show me what I need to do to adjust the front wheels. I got these two pictures. The passenger wheel in this picture is pretty accurate on the direction it is facing, noticeable pointing out to the right. While I am driving, the truck does want to steer towards the right and I am fighting the truck to keep straight sometimes. The driver side wheel is pretty straight but I can tell that it is pointing out a little. I marked center or straight on the steering wheel, turn the wheels all the way to the left, and I got 3 full and a 1/4 turns. Then I steered the wheel all the way to the right starting from the center pointing straight, and I only got a little under 3 full turns. Right now I have the wheels facing as straight as possible |
