1961 Front Wheel alignment

I’ve been doing some research and been only finding some information.
Can anyone show me what I need to do to adjust the front wheels.
I got these two pictures.
The passenger wheel in this picture is pretty accurate on the direction it is facing, noticeable pointing out to the right. While I am driving, the truck does want to steer towards the right and I am fighting the truck to keep straight sometimes.

The driver side wheel is pretty straight but I can tell that it is pointing out a little.

I marked center or straight on the steering wheel, turn the wheels all the way to the left, and I got 3 full and a 1/4 turns. Then I steered the wheel all the way to the right starting from the center pointing straight, and I only got a little under 3 full turns.

Right now I have the wheels facing as straight as possible

Loosen up the two end nuts, rotate the tube to move the front of the wheels in and out. There is one for each side, so...
