kick panel question
 
I just recieved retrofits kickpanels for my speakers. whats the best way to mount these panels to the cab? urethane? screws? etc......

I mounted mine using three sheetmetal screws per side. I also made a thin foam gasket and put between mine and the metal to prevent any vibration issues but mine are more like speaker pods than kickpanels.

I made these out of resin. Not really that hard just takes a little sanding and patience.

Jarwood, I made mine the same way. Been using that method for over 20 years now. It works out nice.

Thanks brother. That was my first time. I'm familiar with body work, just not interior fab work. I actually enjoyed making them and started on a GMC design for my speaker box.
