Project "What did I get myself into?"
 

My work has had this 1999 Chevy 2500 Diesel sitting for a while, so I figured what the hell I'll ask my boss about it, so I do and his response was "take it, I have no use for it" I was like "sweet!". So I brought it home and started digging into it, found alot of messed up stuff like cut wires and other random crap.

It had been sitting for a year and I was kind of worried about the motor been shot, but I pot one battery in it and it turned over and almost fired, going to pick up a second battery and see if it runs!

What a mess! Was someone starting to strip it maybe? That's an odd color combo, dark blue interior and red body.

It was white, but my boss had it painted red to match the rest of our fleet. They were using it as a parts truck, but they took nothing from the harness, I was deeply confused. It's all back together now, and it runs perfect, even on 1 year old diesel.

So I sold this truck awhile back because I aquired a 1990 3500. But I deeply regreted it, the guy who bought it off me called me up and told me he was moving and needes it gone, so it's back in my hands. Getting the 3500 going before anything happens with this truck, but it will get its time.
