Looking to Buy this '84: PICS included

I've been looking for another 73-87. Got a lead on this '84 but concerned on the cab rust issues. Truck is about 3.5 hours away so he sent me some pics. What do you guys think?

Rockers, floor patches, & door patches will be needed if rust is a concern. I would poke around under the carpet/under the door sills more as well as see how the cab corners look.

gonna bet this needs corners, rockers for sure, floor pans are probably not in good shape either. At least one door needs replacing, other could be rotting out as well on the bottom inside.

Don't see the box or fenders, but guessing they are rusting as well.

Get pictures of the underside. Lots of disappointment potentially hides beneath.

That would be considered almost mint up here. How much is it?

Same with down here in Florida but I don't weld so I would have to have somebody do all the work. And I know is once you start looking... you keep finding.

The guy wants $2800 for it. It's a long bed and the motor is seized.
