I have a painted one in primer if you have an interest in getting one chromed. Smaller items like hubcaps aren't near as costly to chrome as larger items like bumpers. Just have the one but I have built sets of caps one by one. Just a possibility to throw out there.

Currently I have no correct hubcaps for the Apache.
Ironhorse, that's a good idea, didn't think of that. Would you send me a picture and price for what you have?
Aerotruck63, ideally I'd find 4 driver quality caps but am open to any condition of the correct caps.
Found the part number and pictures in a thread on this site.

I have sets of painted ones in primer that are good for chroming. The factory chrome caps a very tough to find without cracks in them. Painted ones are steel making them more durable than the brass chrome caps.

60-66, thanks for the reply and the information. I got my information from your thread.
Sounds like chroming the steel ones might be a easier deal to get what we want versus finding good originals.
How much for a set of four to 27370 and would you send a picture?

Klas, pics of the one single 61-63 hubcap I have. Front is very straight with a few minor blems that are easy to get to for a little light metal massage. Some minor pin head sized pitting which should fill during the chrome process. No splits on the rim edge, very minor pry marks, nothing serious. $40 shipped if interested. Full sets are hard to find, member "60-66" may be able to get you fixed up with a full set. :chevy:

Like the advise above , I had painted caps chromed. The chrome shop requested I allow them to strip the paint so they know what chemicals and proccesses were used. Can't tell the difference between the brass and steel chromed versions.
