Carmine Red Interior Factory Code Number?

I have a set of USA1 seat covers on order for my latest Square Body Crew Cab on order. I ordered the material/vinyl covers in Carmine Red.

I also have some of their rattle can dyes ordered up but I would also like to get a quart of SEMs Color Coat mixed up to shoot out of a spray gun.

My guy at 66AutoColor asked me:
I was able to find a SEM color called Carmine for the the GM model year 1985 (SEM#4086) The trim code it calls for is 72CN. Do you see this anywhere on the door tag?

My original interior color was not Carmine Red so I don’t have that info.

*Could someone let me know if that is the code for Chevy’s Carmine Red from the early 80s?

I was hoping that someone would have an original glove box door tag that has the old lighter red interior (not the burgundy)

I’m not even sure if “Carmine Red” is the correct GM color description.

I have seen references to interior reds as 70, 72 & 74

I don’t think that I want “Dark Carmine...”

up to 78 the red interior color was not carmine red.( but all the resellers sell it as carmine red) BUT no one reproduces this 78 red other then in arm rest. Don't asked me why? I went through this as you are and other then mixing an dying a light color dash not sure how you can do what you want. On the arm rest the color code ends in 10 That's about all I could find out. Maybe the 10 will help
