Help finding the correct Q-jet
I'm looking for a Quadrajet to replace the 2bbl Rochester in my 1970 C-10 with a 350 SBC and manual transmission. I'll be running an original GM cast iron 4bbl intake I'm picking up locally.
If anyone has suggestions as to what number carb I should be looking for, that would be great. Thanks! :mm: |

Re: Help finding the correct Q-jet
Make your life easier - get one from the late 70s with electric choke and the heavier castings.

Check with Sean at Sean Murphy Induction. He's one of the kings of the q-jet.

Re: Help finding the correct Q-jet
I bought mine from National Carburetors, got the electric choke model and it looked brand new. They build them to your spec and are built after the order so they are fresh. Here is the link to the Quadrajet page:

Whoever you buy from, I would seriously consider the electric choke. I think you'll be happy you did.
