Medium flat rate will just fit them but it is real tight and no way to pad to help against shipping damage that is $14 extra

I would suggest the large flat rate so I can get some padding around them and that is $19 extra

The two caps would be $20 plus what ever shipping you choose from above. None of them are perfect but I will pick out the best two

Ok, but I am going to need three instead of of the two. They do fit a 15" wheel correct?

Here are the 4 I have left. They all have dents or dings but are all still usable. because of the size they have to go large flat rate so figure $19 plus $10 per cap so it would be $39 for 2 caps shipped. PP is in my signature below if you want them
