All 2013 silverado - seirra - tahoe - yukon owners

Is anyone having problems getting the cabin warm in this cold east coast weather? Today I started the truck with the remote starter and let it run for 10 minutes then took my son to school and back home. From the time I remote started it (8:30am) and got back home (9:00am) the cab was just getting warm.

My neighbor just bought a 2013 Silverado and he called me this morning asking about my heater system. Ironic he noticed the same thing.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I have a 2013 Sierra Z-71 reg cab short box and have no issues with it getting warm in northern Alberta. It does take a bit of time before the heater kicks in when you use the remote start. The heater won't turn on until the engine gets some heat in it.

X2. Brought my 2013 to the dealer and was told the same thing.
