Can anyone recommend a good transport service to deliver an inoperable vehicle from the Tuscon area to Seattle? It is about 1600 miles.

im also needing to ship a truck from vegas to Houston and uship has been getting me some crazy high quotes. I will check Roy out.

You can also try Todd at Head of the Pack 1-800-501-5328 - think I paid around $800 to move my truck from CO to NJ.

I will try him as well. Seems like the quotes im getting is in the $900 range even from Roy.

uship says about 600 then when you do the auction it never comes near that price. DAS said about 780 but then says fuel charges and "other costs".

Uship ...I tried it ...once. Strangled communication through the site until you "book" a service including payment. Then, you finally "meet" your shipper who turns out to be a flaky goof, and now you are on the line to try and get MOST of your money back for a service that never happened. Uship keeps a hundred or so and says it's good for a year with future Uship services. Thanks, I'll pass.
Roy, on the other hand, has helped me a few times. One time he waved his fee after it took a bit longer than expected to get my truck picked up. Now that's called service!

Thought I’d share a good transporter experience all because of this forum. Just purchased 69 swb in KY and needed it transported to MD. After futzing with Uship for almost 2 wks and as many cancellations, I decided to give Roy at Transport Time a Call. He had me booked in 2-3 days and truck was here on 4th. Best of all, he was $100 less than all the others. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him next time! (770)359-8400

I like Reliable. Don't use Passport, snotty drivers and crappy service.
