02-72 conversion
 

Heres my 02 silverado short bed reg cab , 5.3 auto.
I started by removing the front clip , the doors , tailgate. Cut the bed down to the floor, cut the roof, and rear of the cab.leaving the windshield, floor, Firewall, beddoor, and ,core support.
Picked up some long bed sides, 72 front clip. Cut the frame and bed floor 30". To make a 14"short version of a 72 blazer roadster. Besides will mate up to the front fender and move wheel opening as far back as will fit. Still need to do 3" chop in firewall to lower windshield, also lowering body mounts 1.75. Full air drop spindles . 10" notch, 2 link rear. 22" fronts , 24 rears.
