Ha, well I can see how you'd get kinda tired of it then! I used to have a light blue 66. It was BRIGHT! I liked it ok on it, but in anything later than that era, it just seems a little too much. In later eras, I really only like it when it's paired in a two tone like this, or a 558/559 in the 69-72s. Had an uncle with this paint job on a late 70s K20 and always liked this particular combo for some reason - that's probably why. Would love to have a K20 Camper Special in this paint combo, especially with the special appearance package stripes... That's my favorite squarebody combo I think. But I don't think I'll ever find one, been lookin for eons, ha..

It's a little rough, but these are pretty rare, especially Ks. I've only seen one other. Haven't seen one in solid white either!

Must of caught you guys sleeping. I check this thread once a week.

2 weeks ago PO posted this 1980 C10 with square headlights on CL Fort Worth no motor/trans.

Straight other than what looks like a hit & fix on the passenger side in front of the rear wheel well. Minor rust in the passenger floor.

Been on the hunt for a 1980 short bed for a project. Drove up from Austin to get it.

I do need a grille if anyone has one laying around.

Nice. However, by not offering shipping, the potential buyer's market just shrunk to only Glendale AZ, and at that price, the seller needed to offer shipping nationwide to find that one buyer that just has to have em. Ok, world wide.... (I'd love to, but I'm not that buyer).

That 1980 Dually is a sweet truck, I’m really a fan of original trucks. Those factory rims look great. All my Dually’s have Alcoa rims which are nice but I’m a fan of the original steel rims.
Nice find jocko!

74 C20 Cheyenne Super Camper Special 454 40K mi $16K
I remember when this truck was for sale a year or two ago, I really considered it but it was a little out of my price range for what I was looking for (was searching for a small block K). If this is the same truck, and I'm almost certain it is (same area code as original seller, but different number), it is really a stunning truck - if this is what you're looking for, not sure you'll find a nicer one. I'd ask the seller if the tailgate is still available - when it was for sale a few years back, it had one - looks like someone has replaced the half-height door of the camper with a full-height and eliminated the tailgate. But I'd bet it's still lying around. If anyone is interested, I've got quite a few pics of this truck from when I almost bought it a couple years ago - shoot me a pm and I'll share em - the ones here are just from the current ad.

It's still a lot cheaper than a new one. It's also more truck than a family/ comfort vehicle that's made today

When I saw this yesterday I was pretty sure I was going to go buy it. The first truck I ever had was a 78 Heavy Half that I bought from my grandpa for a dollar. I never got it running, and ended up selling it to a neighbor for $500 and he parted it out. This truck looks like a good start to recreating what that truck could have been. But I'm busy with work and it's in another country and I can't quite afford it.
