Woodgrain moulding .. attachment question

I need to replace the lower moulding on my 72. I've seen the woodgrain moulding advertised with either metal clip /screw attatchments or clip / adhesive atta chments ..any ideas as to which are better?

Re: Woodgrain moulding .. attachment question

I just replace mine with the metal clips/screws. I thought about going the stick-on route, but was kinda scared if going down the road and lose a piece of trim because of it. I guess it's good if you don't have holes in the sides already, and don't want to drill new. I don't know what kind of glue backing is used. If it would be 3M, then that would hold. I know the stick-on type is lest expensive to buy.....
