The ones for 58-72 Chevy Trucks. I believe there is only one set for these trucks unless you convert to the square body motor mounts.

Here are some pics with the LS in its resting place. I am very happy that the trans fits below the stock floor; it was one of my major concerns. I took the control arms to the car wash and scrubbed them down. I will stop by the shop on my lunch hour and work on removing the control arm rods/ball joints so that I can paint them and reassemble. 3 of the 4 ball joints actually were in pretty decent condition which is crazy on a 48 year old vehicle. I am also working on my e-fan electrical and mocking up the e-fan to the stock shroud.

I painted my control arms and installed new bushings/rods and upper ball joints. I needed these turned around in a day so I did not get to spend the time getting them super clean or powdercoated like I wanted but it will work for my daily and much better than what came out. I pressure washed, scraped, degreased, wire brushed, and hosed them down with brake cleaner. I was up until midnight painting them but got them good enough to drop them off at lunch today so they can wrap up the front suspension.

Front Suspension is coming together less we ran into an issue where the Belltech shocks are hitting the frame (the top tube is too fat) which is annoying since they were made for the C10...we are probably going to shim these out from the frame with washers. Anyone see any issues that may arise from doing this?

Also, you will noticed I pulled the AC/heater boxes today as well. I ordered plates from Infanti ($28 is cheaper than making my own) so I am going to start shaving the firewall soon. Does anyone know who sells the rounded corner plate that makes the PS firewall area look like the DS; the piece that eliminates the "cut-out" for the blower motor?

That company also makes a kit with the ac/ heater box, you get all three for 80.00 bucks, big time saver.

The suspension is done, it is a lot lower than I expected...especially in the rear. I kind of wanted to keep the stock rake so hoping the front drops a bit when the front end is put back on. If not, I may raise the rear and inch. I did 5" springs on the back and 2" springs/2.5" spindles on the front. I got my Windstar e-fans mounted up to the radiator as well. The connectors for the transmission on my BP Automotive harness do not match the NV3500 connectors so I had to order new pigtails as well.

Lastly, the Speed Engineering headers hit the perches in the I6 location (so I could run the Dingo sliders) so we are chopping the perches up a bit. Basically, every major issue with this swap has come from making the Dingo Sliders work. The benefit of having some easy adjustability does not outweigh the issues (perches have to be moved, no low mount AC, header issues that work with almost every other mount on the market). The design is poor, they need to allow the motor to go back, not just forward.

I didn't have dirty dingo brand but I had same slider design and had similar issues. Looking good man!

Update: Front and Rear Suspension is done, Engine is in, left to do to drive it off is:

1. WT Gauge (need fitting)
2. Need tires for 20" wheels as the 15" wheels drag
3. Wire up standalone harness and e-fans
4. Install front clip, radiator, e-fans, battery
5. Get driveshaft shortened
6. Install new front cab supports, trans is hitting the tunnel at 7 degrees, rear end is at 6 degrees and I would like to get the motor at 5 degrees, thoughts?

I am taking a half day off of work to take the DS to a shop today to have it cut down and then going to the shop to finish wiring and hoping to start the motor today.

1 piece, it is pretty short now with the NV3500 and SWB conversion. They have not finished it as of today. I am still waiting on SS header flanges to finish the exhaust and tires for my 20" wheels as my 15's do not clear my spindles.

I almost started it on Saturday but blew a fuel line (blew the fitting of a JEGS SS pre-made line) so they are working on fixing that. It is pretty close to finished, just some items here and there to tie up loose ends. I will try to get some pictures today but it pretty much looks the same until the front clip goes back on and we can see what the stance looks like.

Finally got the front end back on, driveshaft is cut and in, exhaust is hooked up. We plan to run it today but it can't be driven until my tires for my 20" wheels come in. I need to wire up the e-fans and install the airbox for it to be done. I may go ahead and weld in my firewall plates as well if I get time. I highly recommend Infanti for these, they were cut well and were much thicker than I expected for $28 shipped.

Another fuel line blew, these Jegs SS braided lines are junk. They are rated more than the 58 PSI the LS motor needs but both the feed lines I used (braided by tank to brake line down the frame to braided to the rails) have burst.

Nearly ready to get back on the road, it has a bad stumbling issue at the moment. When you give it throttle, it just falls flat and stumbles on itself. I am hoping to drive it home on Saturday if I can figure this issue out and get my tires in/get an alignment. It is quite a bit lower than I expected with a 5" drop in the rear and 4.5" in the front.

Wow looking good. What does the fuel pressure look like when its stumbling? What ss braided hose are you running? Do you have a link?

I really like the ride height! The truck looks great over all bud... can’t wait to see it with the new shoes and rubber. Congratulations even if you have a few issues to work out. You must be relieved about the motor up and running now. :metal::metal::metal:

Looking good 👍. If your looking for replacement SS lines the summit brand have done well for me so far. Sorry to hear about the jegs bursting like that. Let us know what you figure out on the stumbling issue.

These are the hoses that blew, one blew a gash in it about 6" long. 1,500 psi yeah right. https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/100615/10002/-1

I think the stumbling may be the TPS, we pulled the connector off and it started running better so I got a replacement for that to put on Saturday and try to take it for a shake down run. Hopefully this resolves my issue.
