This is a great vendor, Just received my order on 4-25 -14. Had 2 pcs that where damaged, gave them a call and sent them a photo, service was fantastic they are sending me replacement parts monday, these people are top notch.

I have been ordering from them since 1990. always good parts and great customer service!

I have been dealing with them for about 9 years and they were a good company at back in the day . Their shipping policy now sucks , they say they ship the same day witch is true IF you order on a Wednesday , Thursday and sometimes Friday , now they ship all orders on Wednesdays even if you order on Monday and if you order by internet on Saturday they do not ship until the following Thursday .... do not believe their rhetoric they smile until they get your order then could give a sh*t.

And god forbid if you want a tracking number ....

They have always shipped mine the same day no matter when I order as long as it's before 1pm. Tracking number comes late in the day in an email.
