2000 Blazer OBDII

My wife took her Blazer in for it's semi-annual smog inspection and it failed for the first time :no: Passed the sniffer test but the OBDII SELF TEST PORTION IS WHAT FAILED!!! the truck runs great and I have no Check Engine light during operation. Took it to another test site and they read the same problem!!! it's the 4.3 V6 and this has me stumped :m7: anybody else run into this problem.

Fixed !!! replaced the thermostat which was stuck open :waah:
