Family cruiser
5 Attachment(s)
Been after something to cruise with the family every now and then, and hopefully use for pulling my other car during show season etc. I really wanted a 73-80 suburban but wanted fi, and some of the updated interior and electronics. So I found a 89, swapped the clip, painted the center a different color, added a drop and some wheels. Still need to bring the rear up a tad and add helper bags and few interior pieces but I have been driving it past few days and really dig it!

Re: Family cruiser
Just my opinion … it looked great before you lowered it and put those stupid wheels and tires on it ;)

Re: Family cruiser
Thats rad man! I love the round eye swap. How much effort was it to swap that front clip?

Re: Family cruiser
Im currently looking for a 73-88 burb. Decent ones at a decent price are near impossible to find. I did find a 89 and I just don't like the fronts as much as the earlier ones. Seeing your post/conversion gives me ideas of making one like I want. The EFI is a super bonus on these. Thanks for posing this.
