*Garage Door Insulation*
4 Attachment(s)
The insulation for my garage door came in so it all got installed. Turned out pretty nice. It's only rated at R4.7 I think but that's better than R0.0. Going to have to cover the holes on the bars between the panels as they go straight through to the outer skin.

Re: *Garage Door Insulation*
How did you install it? Did it bend enough to place it are did you take the panels loose? I might have to get some of that for mine. Never mind I googled it. I going to check on this stuff. Thanks for posting it.:chevy:

I had some of that at my old place. Mostly for noise. (I play drums) It was great. No more complaints.
My neighbor's (and wife) would tell me to learn to play better or knock it off. Everyone's a critic. :waah: |

Re: *Garage Door Insulation*
I had insulation and a seal added when the door was replaced. I just open the door to the house to let it heat/cool. In the summer the garage stays cool til about noon so the insulation makes a difference.

Re: *Garage Door Insulation*
Anything is better specially with metal doors . Wood doors are a little better than steel not by much .

Re: *Garage Door Insulation*
I did much the same with the door on my first shop. On my current shop I bought an insulated door. I don't get any frost on the inside.
