Has anyone bought tires from this place? (Rims 4 less )
 

Its called Rims 4 less in LV.

I have been shopping for Cooper Cobra's 255/70/15 and they are almost half the price as anyone else.. I don't know what shipping costs are yet and have an email into them.

It just sounded too good to be true. I was all set to buy them at $119 each and this place is around $69 each..

Kinda makes you raise an eye brow at that.

I am going to Las Vegas on Wens. If they are a store I can swing by. Who knows.. Maybe I will pick up some tires for myself there... Do you have a link?

You'll likely pay 40 bucks a tire to have them shipped. I expect to pay 50 bucks a tire if I get some from Tire rack shipped up here from Arizona. Fedex and ups have free freight calculators.
The cheaper ones could be second line tires with slight blemishes too.
And the prices are largely dictated by how many tires the dealer sells. They have categories. From single jobber up to mega-mega jobber. A place that sells 100,000 tires a year buys them from the manufacturer for 1/4 the price that a place that sells 1000 tires a year.

It's a rent to own rim shop. I would find local shop and forgo the shipping.

I am in Las Vegas and was going to do a drive by. If it is a rent to o wn shop then it might not be worth it

Not surprised.. When you go to their web site, you get a security warning before entering.. That should have been a clue to me.

On the website it says "Don't get ripped off by a local chain"! I guess they want you to get ripped off by some place thats across the country so you can't go in and punch them in the face. :lol:
