Time to move his 1970 Class C motor home by Mitchell and Sons of Commerce City Colorado.
The Chevy C30 truck currently has 6050 origional miles on it!
This RV is currently licensed. It has fair tires on heavy duty chrome truck rims.

This RV is a literal Barn Find! It is a prime unit, ready for a full restoration or for use. The truck body and the camper body are in great shape. Although some wear and tear is evident, there is no significant body damage on the truck or on the camper. The cab corners and rockers are solid.

The truck has a Chevy big block 400 engine that sounds excellent and runs great. The engine is started frequently. It has a 4 speed manual transmission. A video of the engine running is on Youtube at https://youtu.be/i45F0d05BRk

I have had 2 camper trucks with bench seats. They had the gas tank in the factory place and were cut up into the roof just like this one
