Volvo electric fan install with custom aluminum shroud
 

I used a Volvo fan because I could unbolt it from the factory plastic shroud. Its the same motor as a Taurus fan but it is bolted to the shroud instead of molded to the shroud. I used the Volvo 2 speed relay along with a 2 speed temp switch ech fs151 installed into a custom made thermostat housing. Previous owner installed a custom rad that was just tie wrapped in position so I made custom brackets for it as well. In low speed I can barely here it running. Still debating if would be better to have the temp switch on the rad versus the thermostat housing.
