Question For Cleveland Members

May be in the position to relocate to the Solon area for work. Need some info. Homes for sale, areas to live, weather, schools, areas to avoid. Any help is greatly appreciated. Tried searching the internet but not enough info. Would like to hear it from people who actually live in the area. Thanks. I can be reached at iliketv@yahoo.com

LOL... just kidding, some of us in the center of the state are just jelouse becouse we don't have a big 'ole lake here.
Are you looking at being transfered, or you think you found a job there?
I only ask becouse I hear (on the radio...not first hand) that the job market here in Columbus seems to be a little better than the national average.

It is a case of transfer or look for work here. So i am weighing my options. Company is kinda disorganized. But the deal is kinda nice. Originally from WI so it may be a way to relocate with a job rather than move and then find a job.

If your truck is a daily driver, then you'll want to get a beater, for the winter at a minimum.
Your insurance will likely be cut almost in 1/2.
Cost of living is way cheaper than SoCal.
When you inhale the air, you don't choke.

But we don't have the So-Cal chicks though either. :(

I think Cleveland might be one of the cities that require your vehicles to be smogged...not 100% sure, but I think it might be. That is enough reason for me to not live there. (I have problems when the gov points at the cars when it is the industry causing most of the problem)
