Interested pending condition, looking for some really nice ones. Hopefully these were covered up and still in good shape. No rush on my end.

Richard, any chance of getting a foam sound deadener from one of the roof supports? I have either tossed mine, or misplaced them. Trevor

Let me see what I can come up with and will post back

Currently getting my square ready for resale and the axle swap motor swap is eating my funds up quicker than expected. Thanks for taking the time to get the pics

Since Clayton is passing, have you had an opportunity to get underneath it yet? Rain has been crazy here also, I’d like to see the underside where it bolts to the floor support since I see rust lines on the exterior paint down low. Thank you.

I have not but will try to do so this afternoon and post pics.

How many do you need? I still have 2 roof bows in the green one I have been cutting up. And just to clarify, you are talking about the squarish foam strip that sits in the top of the bow to keep it from rubbing metal on metal with the roof panel? It might take me a day or so to get them pulled out. I cut the complete roof off of that one but have it strapped in place to keep the inside dry. Have to move a FEW THINGS LOL to get to the straps.

Richard

The inner bottom of the entire burb is rusty rotten. Where it bolts to the floor support is rotten but here are some pics.

One of them has a couple cracks in the clear part of the plastic but the other two look pretty nice. I will try to get them out tomorrow for a close inspection of them.

Definitely interested. Was hoping to find a better one to fix my passenger side and use the original to build a driver side. Not your problem but with the bottom eat up do you have any wiggle room? Also any experience shipping something of that side to know approximate weight for a shipping “estimate”? Also will probably want to buy the passenger front and rear upper door frames. Obviously cut for shipping

I am pretty tight on the price. It is a pain to get them cut out and other than the very bottom edge it is pretty solid. I have shipped several thru Fastenal in the past. Are you talking about the actual door, door frames or the body sections of the door frames. I think I already may have some doors taken off with good upper frames.

Let me know how much you want for the 2 good ones. I need the little chrome clips on the ends to. Shipping to 89149.

My apologies, I meant the door opening. Like the actual body, was looking last night and could use the passenger front from between the b-pillar and the a-pillar. As far as removal I’m fine with 4 vertical sawZall cuts on each side and then cut the roof skin. I would prefer to dissect myself. Let me do some thinking because doesn’t fastenal have a minimum of like $150 or something? Sorry just never shipped something of that length/weight and trying to be prepared before I commit.

How far back into the 3rd door upper rail would you need so I can get a rough idea of crate size? Need all the way to the front angle down at the A pillar?

I would figure it would be at least 150 shipping but would want to check it b4 hand anyway.

On the top it would be 1” from the weatherstripping lip on both sides.
The upper door jamb 1” from the front corner, which lines up perfect with where the flat piece overlaps.
The bottom 7” wide which puts both sides just to the outside edge of the two curves

And to be honest I could care less about crating and fastenal. I’d be fine with wrapped in cardboard and sent. For what I need it for a little edge damage isn’t going to make a difference and it’s on 4.5” long. I’d say tape the upper door jamb to the b-pillar. Do a crude cardboard wrap and send it.

So basically like what I show in this picture. I have put a gray box covering what gets cut off (this is old pic and part is gone just using for clearer reference)

This "might be able to be sent UPS ground at considerable savings over freight. Let me get full measurements this afternoon and I will cost it.

Yes that would work perfect. And you can cut the top right piece off 1” from the weatherstripping lip since I’m gonna cut it anyways. Then tape it to the b-pillar so it’s a straight piece to ship

Posting pics of #2 & #3 will be a little bit before I can get the wings out to assess condition. prices are plus shipping

lenses are nice $20 for pair

Grill hoops are decent driver but do have some nicks and dings $45 for pair no clips, they all broke off

Headlight bezels are ok for driver $20

Grill bowtie in nice condition but painted black $30

Hello,
I looked thru the other listing you mentioned and did not see the hood chrome lip trim or the passenger side fender eyebrow, (drivers looks beat).I would be interested in the condition of these and what shipping would run to 37303. Thank you.

driver side definitely no good. The other 2 pcs are good enough for DD if I can get them removed without damage. I will get pics and post it up this afternoon

Alright I’ll take the B-Pillar officially now. Before I send payment, do you have the 3rd door rocker trim/sill plate? If so how much so I can add it in.
