Need help w/ hood emblem placement
 

Hi everybody. First time poster here, looking for a little help.
I'm working on a 67 short box, and I have to install the 'CHEVROLET' emblem on the front of the hood. The letters are all new, and the hood is new as well, so there are no hole drilled in it for the letters. I was wondering if somebody out there had the measurements for where the holes go, or if somebody had a template or something. Maybe if someone has an assembly manual, it might have the measurements in there?

Welcome to the forum. I cant help you with the measurements but if you can find one locally to measure yourself, that would work. Also study lots of pictures to figure out the spacing and distance from the front edge of the hood and distance from the sides. Im sure someone will chime in with some info eventually.
