i'm the opposite. i think 58 was a great year for style. if i had the money i'd own every vehicle gm made in 58 plus a 59 elco. i mean look at this trunk! you could hide a whole bunch of bodies in there :D

looks like maybe 12 vehicles on a totally unreinforced wood roof
it probably held the first car fine, so they kept stick vehicles up there
and then a little snow came and all the kings men couldn't put humpty together again :D:D:D
